Film is social live potraits because this medium always explores people customary habit. Children are treated as a special audience because of their lack of maturation and experience. Just people knows that child audience give argues by theirself for film. This Research focus for to know media agenda children national film in Indonesia. to explore any content of film this research use mass media communication theories like content analysis and agenda setting mass media Maxwell Mc Combs. the Methodology of this research use framing analysis Gamson and Modigliani models. Framing analysis exposes implisit meaning content in any scene in film. Researcher make efforts understanding film maker argumen for enviromental and local wisdom issues in this film.
    
Finding of research make knows thant any missunderstanding film maker to presented peservation issues in any scenes. There is no cause and effect logic for content of film. In the other hand this film would to make any conflict especially poor people who live in riverside area and chinese ancestry in Jakarta. the Film make river just for setting up of film not for content issues film. Warnet (Warung Internet) As Publicsphere Represented in Indonesia (Correlation studies Student Behaviour any Campus in Jakarta-Indonesia)

a Public Sphere is a space that through the vehicle of public opinion it puts the state in touch with the needs of society. This kind of engagement in public policy is a great way to represent different views and harness a broad range of expertise, particularly on topical issues of the day. This study aims to know correlations between human interpersonal communication and information behavior student in the Warnet. Theoretical study of this research use interpersonal communication from Joseph. V DeVito, two step-level communication effect and the public sphere Habermas model. Survey research method is to test the hypothesis of correlation the study conducted on college students performed at several private universities in Jakarta with a sampel 92 people. The findings of this research suggest that interpersonal communication behavior of those who use the Warnet is more open (disclosure), sharing of information than those without. Thus the process of interpersonal communication that occurs in the Warnet can be likened to the public domain that there is such a conceptualization of Habermas.
